Golden Ultra 2025

Whether you're aiming for a 11km run, your first ultra-marathon, or a full stage race, we've got all the options on beautiful trails right from the Town of Golden. The Golden Ultra is a three-day stage race or one day ultra running race in Golden, BC, Canada. 

Choose between two stage race distances (the Full Pint or the Half Pint) or single day options on Saturday or Sunday.

Distances to choose from:

• Full Pint (5km climb, 60km ultra, 15km run)
• Half Pint (3km climb, 30km run, 11km run)
• 60km Ultra (Saturday Sept 13)
• 30km Run (Saturday Sept 13)
• 15km (Sunday Sept 14)
• 11km (Sunday Sept 14)

Included in your registration:

• Three great days of running in Golden, British Columbia.
• Well-mapped, marked, and beautiful courses on single track trail.
• Fully stocked check points.
• Drop bag opportunities for the 60km & 30km Ultras on Saturday Sept 13 (Must bring own drop bags - clearly marked with your name & bib number)
• A soft blend t-shirt at packet pick
• Finisher swag
• Customized pint glass for all 3-day stage race finishers.
• Friday & Saturday evening meal (3-day stage race participants only) catered by Columbia River Catering Company

2025 Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds issued by Transrockies Inc under ANY circumstances.

Transfers of entry to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of TransRockies Inc for an admin fee of $50. All transfers must be completed no later than midnight on September 7, 2025.

Deferrals are permitted under the following guidelines:

• Up to 60 days (before July 11, 2025) out from the start of the event, 75% of your race fee will be deferred.

• From 60 – 30 days (July 12 to Aug 10, 2025) out from the start of the event, 50% of your race fee will be deferred.

• NO deferrals/roll overs/credits will be issued for registrations cancelled on or after August 11, 2025.

• A full deferral is permitted for reasons due to pregnancy &/or active military deployment – medical notes will be required.

• A race entry can only be deferred one time and only to the following year’s event.

Additional registration protection can be purchased through FanShield, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of FanShield’s covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. TransRockies Inc reserves the right to cancel any TransRockies Race Series event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by Transrockies Inc, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
