We will ride the beautiful roads in the Wisemans Ferry Area of NSW.
Come join twowheeltours for a solid training ride then enjoy a sensational lunch cooked by Marty Boetz, holder of 11 Chef's Hat's over the years and owner of Cooks-Co-Op. This beautiful location is a quintessential Australian shed where you will experience a field-to-fork two course menu.

Whether you have done one Haute Route or dozens, come along to ride someplace a little different.
It promises to be a tough but enjoyable day.
Cost for the event including lunch $99.
Payment is to be made via Direct Deposit.

8:00am - Meet at Cooks Co-Op - LINK - address 2 West Portland Rd Sackville NSW.
Estimate 1 hour drive / 70km from the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Grab a tea or plunger coffee and something small to eat, fruit, bircher muesli and apple and rhubarb cake will be on offer courtesy of Cooks Co-Op.
Put your backpack/musette in the support vehicle.
8:30am - Depart from Cooks Co-Op.
There are three designated stops where you will be able to access the support vehicle to get into your backpack/musette.
1) Webbs Creek Ferry - East Bank Parking Area and toilets available @ ~35km
2) Cattai Public School - Corner of Mitchell Park Road and Cattai Road @ ~85km
3) Cooks Co-Op @ ~110km
12:30pm - Estimated arrival time back at Cooks Co-Op
1:00pm - Lunch is served
3:00pm - Afternoon is over

Pre-ride : Grab a tea or plunger coffee and something small to eat. Fruit, bircher muesli and apple and rhubarb cake will be on offer courtesy of Cooks Co-Op.

Cooks Co-Op is not licensed so please feel free to BYO.
Still and sparkling water will be available with the meal.
Details on the Ride:
RIDERS MUST DOWNLOAD the GPX File [LINK] and be familiar with the course.
This is an Open Ride.
We will provide a support vehicle on the day.
The support vehicle will not always be at the back of the ride.
Riders must be self sufficient.
The support vehicle on course will have pump, basic tools and suncream.
We will not be able to provide sag to a large number of riders.
This is not a ride for beginner cyclists.
Riders MUST BRING:
2x Tubes
2x Canisters
1x C02 head
2x Water Bottles (filled)
Tyre levers
1x Garmin (or similar) with the course downloaded [LINK]
Ride specific food
1x Backpack/mussette for your gear - which can be placed in the support vehicle

1x Rear Flashing Light
Change of clothes for lunch - a towel to wipe yourself down. There are no shower facilities available at the Cooks Co-Op
1x Signed Waiver - LINK - you can send it electronically to info@twowheeltours.com.au OR bring it on the day - no waiver - no ride - we will have extra copies on the day
This is not a guided ride. Riders should know the route and use a Garmin (or similar) to follow the route for the day.
Riders will be riding in remote areas during the day.
There will be long sections where there will be NO phone reception.
All riders must be self-sufficient to finish the ride.
RIDERS MUST BE FIT TO ATTEND THIS RIDE.
Bad Weather - if there is bad weather, a decision will be made the day before by 6:00pm - all riders will be notified via text. If the ride is NOT held due to bad weather, lunch will still be held and riders should arrive to the Cooks Co-Op by 12:30pm.
By registering for this event you understand that you have read through the above information and understand that this is an Open Event and you will be self-sufficient as a rider.
