Health Related Social Needs Benefit Convening - Jackson Care Connect

We are pleased to invite you to a convening aimed at discussing the upcoming Medicaid Health Related Social Needs housing benefits that will be rolling out on November 1, 2024. This meeting will provide valuable insights into benefit eligibility, access,contracted providers, as well as changes in health related service Fund (HRSF) or “flex” programming.
