Alternate Course for 2022 - See website

Due to construction in Quarry Park and Deep Cove, the Iron Knee and Tender Knee trail races will be finishing at the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve instead of Panorama Park. Iron Knee still starts at Cleveland Park and Tender Knee at Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver. Racers will be treated to some great trails, including the punishment of the infamous Powerline Climb. All this to be capped off with chocolate goodies and bragging rights as you race into the finish line at LSCR.

Registration Information:

1) Online registration closes at midnight, May 26, 2022.
2) All funds payable in Canadian dollars.
3) An online processing fee will be applied to all online registrations into this event.
4) Visa, Master Card, American Express accepted.

If you would like to train with other trail runners, come join the Foretrails Spring Clinic. Separate registration for clinic that includes a race entry. Drop-ins are welcome at the clinic.
