Lisa Wilson's BIO

I spent 20 years in Human Resources, working in a variety of industries. What I discovered is that people are the same no matter the industry. How and when you communicate will make all the difference in bringing the team together or having each member of the team all working in their own direction. 

I now refer to myself as a Human Resources Cultural Consultant and Leadership Vision coach. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration, where I focussed my studies in Human Resources. I am a Certified Human Resources Leader through the Human Resources Professionals Association and hold a Certificate in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution. I am trained in both DiSC and True Colors, both personality assessments that help us understand how different personalities communicate. 

I have held leadership positions on my local Human Resources Professionals Association chapter, Rotary club and Toastmasters international, at the club, area and division levels.
