Pre-conference: Thursday, April 18
Four sessions in a variety of disciplines, to provide in-depth knowledge and training.

Main conference: Friday, April 19
The day features a keynote talk from Dr. Amy King called "Pencil Moments: Say what you mean!" Attendees will also choose several sessions from three concurrent tracks.
