Covid-19 Update: Small group trainings are not considered mass cohorts due to the size of the group and the mearsures that will be put in place to distance the athletes when being taught skills. There will be no scrimmages, and athletes will be discouraged from close contact. Please arrive 15 mins before the start of your session. Covid-19 waivers will be signed before you enter the GYM, please read the waiver attached, Julie has a covid training protocol in place with sanitization every 20 mins.

SGTS are 3-6 athletes practise in a private training group with coach Julie Young.

Each SGTS is one hour in length, focused on a specific skill and takes place on a single date.

Advanced sessions are for athletes 15U -18U with at least 2 years of club experience. Please note: we do not recommend advanced sessions for beginner athletes.

There are multiple sessions per day, Athletes can register for as many as they like. You will select the sessions after filling out Athlete information. If you have any questions please contact julie4young@gmail.com

Cost: $50 CASH per hour session note: in case of an outbreak causing cancellation cash will be collected before the first session begins. events.com charges for refunds as well as credit card payments. Cash will keep transactions easy and efficient.

Location: The GYM Volleydome. 293057 James Jones Way, Rocky View County, Alberta. 

COVID-19: Upon entering the Volleydome Gym you will be required to fill out a waiver and may be asked to take your temperature. 

Athletes: Females 12-18 with previous club volleyball experience.

Refund policy: Please understand that Covid-19 has greatly affected Abstract Volleyball, if you cannot make the session, please find a replacement. Please contact Julie directly due to injury or illness.
