Gather your girlfriends (or just yourself) for an evening of fun, relaxation, and appreciation!
What to Expect:
Come early to park and get checked in. We will begin with a soothing sound bath. Late entrances are not guaranteed.
You'll find a space to lay or sit comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or sleeping bag to lay on. Sanitized pillows, blankets, and cozy socks will be provided.
After the relaxing sound bath and guided meditation, you'll enjoy heavy hors d'oeurves and create a take home self-care goodie!
Come as you are and participate as you are able. No specific experience is required to benefit from this restorative space! In this session, your guide will play beautifully tuned crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and other instruments to facilitate more relaxed healing states. Those with neurological or hearing loss conditions should consult their physician before participating.
What to Bring: yoga mat or sleeping bag, journal or notebook
