The Lake Chelan Shore Half-Marathon and 10K will celebrate its 16th year on Sept. 9, 2017. This is one of the more picturesque long-distance running events in the entire Pacific Northwest (Runner’s Magazine has described it as one of the most scenic in the United States). The course is almost entirely on roads that sit adjacent to or are within feet of Lake Chelan. Along the way, you will be treated to generous views of the lake, the Cascades Mountains, and numerous vineyards and orchards. The finish is located on the lake's Manson Bay Park and within a block of Manson’s quaint downtown.
Runners are transported from Manson to the start lines by bus shuttles. The finish line in Manson is located about a half-mile from where the bus shuttles leave from.
Please note that we will no longer be hosting a Marathon distance during this event.
Packet pickup the night before is held at Vin du Lac Winery, one of the region's premier wineries.
The Shore to Shore event is presented by RunWenatchee, LLC and Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce.
