Experience a powerful night of new music and storytelling from Louisville’s LGBTQ+ community. This free concert showcases original songs created by four intergenerational songwriting pairs—brought together through a unique workshop led by Louisville Orchestra Creators Corps composer Baldwin Giang. Their songs, shaped around the theme of sharing wisdom across generations, will be performed by members of the Louisville Orchestra and queer vocalists.
Enjoy beverages, treats, and LGBTQIA+ books curated by queer-owned Nook & Nowhere as you mingle with queer folks and their allies before and after performances in LPF's social spaces. Come kick-off Pride Weekend by hearing new works that amplify local queer voices, and join together to celebrate resilience and connection!
Presented by the Louisville Orchestra and Louisville Pride Foundation.
Two showtimes available: 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM. Doors open at 5:15 PM. Admission is free, seating is limited.
