Life + Movement Saturday Sessions

Chris Morland of MorlandSTRENGTH, Director of Strength and Conditioning at Cardinal Gibbons High School, is Forming LIFE + MOVEMENT Skills in young athletes.
These will be outdoor engaging training sessions of less than 10 students. The objective is to enhance performance and lessen injury trends.
We use a hands-on LIFE Skills tool in small groups of students to assess nutrition, hydration, sleep/rest, relaxation/emotional status, spiritual input, and cool-down.
To coach MOVEMENT Skills, we use a custom assessment that will include: crawling, hinging, squatting, pulling, and pushing. We use the TeamBuildr App during these sessions to monitor progress.
Registration and payment online is required.
