DESCRIPTION

Marine Corps Historic Half:

The 13.1 mile course features colonial sites, a quaint downtown and the challenge of Hospital Hill. The event offers on demand pricing so the fee will increase as more runners register. The first 2,500 entries are available for the lowest registration fee of $70. The next 3,000 entries are $80. The final 1,500 entries are $95.

Semper 5ive:

The Semper 5ive miler will be held on May 20, 2018, starting in downtown Fredericksburg. The five-mile course scales Hospital Hill and concludes at the shared finish line with the Marine Corps Historic Half at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center. The Semper 5ive will host 1,200 participants in an event that celebrates the Marine Corps motto “Semper Fi.” Registration is $40 plus processing fees.

Devil Dog Double:

Devil Dog Double participants will begin the morning at the start of the Semper 5ive in downtown Fredericksburg at 6:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2018. Runners must complete the five miler and cross the finish line by 7:30 a.m. before immediately turning around and beginning the Historic Half. The 13.1 mile course remains open until 11 a.m. Runners are required to complete the Semper 5ive with a ten minute per mile pace or faster and maintain a 16 minute per mile pace for the Historic Half. That’s 18.1 miles, two trips up Hospital Hill and three medals. Registration for the Devil Dog Double costs $85.
