Moab Fondo Fest 2025

Get ready to ride into the heart of Utah's grandeur and join us for a weekend of epic riding, breathtaking vistas, and unforgettable memories!

Please note, this event is a RIDE, NOT A RACE! Riders of all fitness levels can take part in the ride by choosing between the Gran Fondo Moab (pavement), the Gravel Fondo Moab, or for the adventurous type, BOTH! Regardless which event you choose, everyone will still receive an offical ride time recorded by Zone 4 timing chips.

Saturday May 3, 2025 - Gran Fondo Moab (pavement) - 50.6 miles 

Sunday May 4, 2025 - Gravel Fondo Moab (gravel) - 50.4 miles

Each Day Includes:

• Professionaly mapped & marked course route
• Well stocked and supportive aid stations.
• Roaming mechanical and paramedical support
• A delicious catered post-race lunch.
  (Vegan and Gluten Free options available.)
• Offical ride time recorded by Zone 4 timing chips
• A professionally organized event by TransRockies Race Series

Register before March 15, 2025 to ensure you get your Moab Fondo Fest t-shirt! Registrations after this date are NOT guaranteed their selected size or availability.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds issued by TransRockies US LP under ANY circumstances.

Transfers of entry to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of TransRockies US LP for an admin fee of $25. All transfers must be completed no later than midnight on April 1, 2025.

Deferrals are permitted under the following guidelines:

Up to 60 days (March 1, 2025) out from the start of the event, 75% of your race fee will be deferred.

From 60 – 30 days ( March 2 – April 1) out from the start of the event, 50% of your race fee will be deferred.

NO deferrals/roll overs/credits will be issued for registrations cancelled on or after April 1, 2025.

A full deferral is permitted for reasons due to pregnancy &/or active military deployment – medical notes will be required.

*A race entry can only be deferred one time and only to the following year’s event.

Additional registration protection can be purchased through FanShield, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of FanShield’s covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. We strongly encourage you to read & understand the full terms of FanShield’s insurance policy prior to registration.

TransRockies US LP reserves the right to cancel any TransRockies Race Series event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by Transrockies US LP, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
