This fun family event is open to cyclists of all skill levels and all ages, with both a 10 km route and a 30 km route to choose from. It’s a non-competitive event that will take cyclists through downtown Gatineau, Que. and downtown Ottawa, right by Parliament Hill, with the 30 km route offering up the additional beauty of Gatineau Park.

6% of fees will go to Support our Troops and 4% will go to the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund

Serving Canadian Armed Forces members looking for a greater challenge can compete in the Admiral’s Cup, the military category for the GPCG Medio Fondo, a 69.3km timed race taking place on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Awards and prizes will be given out to the top three male and top three female competitors. Military ID will be verified on-site.
