Barre Connect Specialty Certification
Saturday, May 17 | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Learn the fundamentals necessary to design safe and effective multi-level Barre Connect classes. You will leave with a deep understanding of the science, technique, and four main components behind Barre Connect. Discover how to connect the components of Ballet and dance Technique, Yoga Postures, Functional Strength Exercises, and Cardiovascular Training to create a FUN, total-body workout.

Indoor Cycling Specialty Certification
Sunday, May 18 | 8:00 am -3:00 pm

Covers all the basics of teaching cycling classes, including getting started, setting up the room, and managing various situations (dealing with new and experienced participants, late arrivals, broken equipment, etc.). Participants learn the many body positions for a safe and challenging ride, contraindications, terminology, class formatting, music selection, cuing, and more. A special section has been added to determine exercise intensity.
