Join us virtually on Sunday, April 6, at 1:00 PM ET for Past, Present, and Future: Celebrating the Passover Third Seder and 125 Years of the Workers Circle.
This year, join Yiddish and Klezmer stars Deborah Strauss, Dylan Seders Hoffman, Zalmen Mlotek, Rabbi Avrom Mlotek, Cantor Jeff Warschauer, Steve Weintraub, Psoy Korolenko, Joanne Borts, Zisl Slepovitch, Sarah Gordon, Jake Shulman-Ment, and many others as we celebrate the holiday and the Workers Circle's 125th anniversary with Peysach songs, dance, and readings.
For over a century, the Workers Circle has honored the traditions of resistance, justice, and liberation at our Third Seder. This year, we celebrate 125 years of activism, community, and Yiddish culture — looking back at our legacy and forward to the future. We hope you can join us.
In honor of our 125th Anniversary, we'll present a moving tribute to the people who shaped our history of resistance, joy, and solidarity. This special presentation will weave together poignant archival footage from past Third Seders with powerful new performances—both live and recorded—connecting our past to our present in a celebration of continuity and resilience.
Our seder will be filled with lively Yiddish songs, with translations and transliterations provided for all. Readings will be a mix of English and Yiddish, and whenever we speak in Yiddish, we'll always offer a translation. Our goal is to create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and connected.
