Phoenix DREAM Job Fair

The Phoenix DREAM Job Fair has been in existence for over 12 years and celebrates inclusion and equality to promote diverse hiring practices, while offering a platform for employers to promote their career opportunities and positive work environments in an effort to hire quality talent for their workforce initiatives.

The event is in community partnership with Maricopa Community Colleges/GateWay Community College as they have graciously hosted the DREAM Job Fair events since its inception.

All candidates are welcome to attend and include youth, college & high school students, veterans, people living with disabilities and disadvantaged populations. 

The idea was originated from and celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), which was signed into proclamation by former President Bill Clinton to promote inclusive hiring and recognize individuals for their abiities not their disability.

The planning committee is made up of 12 volunteers from 8 different organizations, all of which serve the community and empower individuals who seek gainful employment through various services they offer.

The past three events we have had 450-500 attending job seekers and this year we welcome the 41 Employers who are recruiting for 2,7373 open positions!
