Join Race2Rebuild in Long Beach, NY to support continued recovery from Superstorm Sandy. Race the 5K run/walk on the beautifully restored Long Beach Boardwalk, or race HARDCORE on a two-mile all beach course. Following a Community Breakfast, volunteer to rebuild homes and help move recovery forward for Long Beach.

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration to race and volunteer closes at 4PM on April 29. If you wish to race, sign up in person between 6:30-7:00AM at 735 W. Broadway. Sorry, we cannot accept any volunteer sign ups on event day.

Saturday, April 30:

6:30AM: Athlete and volunteer check-in opens at 735 West Broadway in Long Beach.

7:30AM: Race Starts.

8:30AM: Community Breakfast and Awards; all Rebuilding Volunteers checked in.

9:00AM: Rebuilding Volunteers move to project sites; t-shirts, safety training, water, snacks and lunch will be provided.

3:00PM: Rebuilding volunteers wrap up work.

3:00-5:00PM: Volunteer After-Party at Shine's.
