Rattle Me Bones, happening on October 6th (Zombie Run) and 28th (all other events) is an exciting Halloween run with distances to appeal to each and every runner. With three great options – the 1.5km–JiggleBone Run (Family Run), 5km-FunnyBone Run, and the classic 10km-WishBone Run, runners have a chance to participate in the run that best appeals to them. Founded over 20 years ago, Rattle Me Bones has raised well over $1M dollars for musculoskeletal and bone cancer research.

The three runs start and finish at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. All funds raised will support world class research at The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute into new treatments for Bone Cancers and Cancers that affect mobility, and new treatments to make these bones healthy again.
