What You'll Experience:
Sound Bath Meditation - You will be guided in bringing your awareness to your breath, then deepen your awareness through visualization meditation while experiencing a calming soundscape. As you relax, your sound guide will play beautifully tuned crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other instruments to facilitate more relaxed healing states. The combination of relaxing frequencies and restorative breathing will calm the body and mind.
Immediately following the sound bath, receive prompts to help you express any thoughts, feelings, or commitments to self that come up during the meditation. You are welcome to use this time to free journal, doodle, pray, or rest in silence.
(SOLD OUT)Healing Waters - Relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore the body, mind + soul through a series of water therapies thoughtfully curated by THE pearl spa (90 minutes).
What to Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, journal or notepad. Consider wearing your swimwear under comfortable/workout clothes. Locker rooms are available for changing and for storing personal items.
Come as you are and participate as you are able. No specific experience is required to benefit from this restorative space! Those with neurological or hearing loss conditions and those who are pregnant should consult their physician before participating.
