Relax, Restore, and Center Self

Join us for a morning of relaxation and community in Gaithersburg, MD.

Participants will engage in mindful movement, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath experience.

Come as you are and participate as you are able. No specific experience is required to benefit from this restorative space! In this session, the facilitator will use beautifully tuned crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to facilitate more relaxed healing states. Those with neurological or hearing loss conditions should consult their physician before participating.
