Research Portfolio Analysis: Fundamentals

Research portfolio analysis (RPA) uses data, methods, and tools to capture and quantify the investments, productivity, and influence of research or funding portfolios. This course will explain what comprises an RPA and how it can be used to assist and promote data-driven decision-making. We will discuss the skills needed by analysts to perform this kind of analysis, and finally, we will help you understand how to design a thoughtful and informative analysis.

This course is designed for analysts but may be of interest to managers looking to
expand their team's technical knowledge. No prior experience is required.
