Kick off summer with the Lorain County Medical Society by celebrating health and wellness at our 2019 Run for Health. Start the morning off with a timed 5K and 1Mile run and/ or walk in the heart of Avon, where we will start and finish both distances at the UH Avon Health and Fitness Center. This will be a measured 5k course on the streets and trails around UH Avon Health Center. After your run, join us inside for our 2019 Community Health Fair for free health screenings, community health information, and the opportunity to speak with physicians of all specialties!

• Packet Pick Up and Registration: 8:00 AM
• 5k & 1 Mile Start: 9:00 AM
• Health Fair to follow open to everyone
