DESCRIPTION

The 7th Annual Run4Hope 5K for Schools is a competitive and color fun run to celebrate HOPE and HEALING in our community! The event raises money to support the social and emotional wellness of our youth through various programs in local schools focusing on suicide prevention. Along with mental health awareness and suicide prevention training in the community of El Paso County.

 Activities For The Whole Family

  • Chip timed for 5k competitive runners, wave start
  • 2 mile Color Fun Run/ Walk - More than 500 pounds of color! 
  • ROAR4Hope - FREE Kids Race (5th grade and below)
  • Age group AWARDS for competitive runners
  • Pancake breakfast 
  • Games, music, vendors, and more!

 

Early Bib Pick-up for Pre-registered Runners:

Where: The Ascent Church 

Days and Times: Friday, September 15 from 12:30 – 6:00 p.m.  and 

                             Saturday, September 16 from 7:00 – 9 a.m. 

 Event Schedule for Sept 16th:

  • Registration 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
  • Pancake Breakfast 7:00 - 11:00 a.m.
  • ROAR4Hope - FREE Kids Race (5th grade and below) Starts 8:30 a.m.
  • Warm up 8:50 a.m.
  • Competitive Race Starts 9:00 a.m.
  • Color Fun Run Starts 9:15 a.m.
  • Awards and Announcements 10:15 a.m.
