The Expo will host 70 vendors at North City in San Marcos, where riders will pick up their registration and swag bags and get to mingle with Peter and a host of other cycling celebs. Riders will get to check out the latest wares for their cycling lifestyles as well as sample products from a host of supporting sponsors.

Hours of Operation:

• Expo Load In: Saturday, November 9 @ 7am - 9am
• Expo Open: Saturday 10am - 5pm, Sunday 9am - 5pm
• First wave goes out at 7am, exhibitors are welcome join for the start
• Expo Load Out: Sunday, November 10 @ 5pm - 6pm

• 10x10 = $500
• 10x20 = $800
• 10x30 = $1200

*Due to current sponsorship exclusivity, we cannot offer expo space to other brands pertaining to bicycles, helmets, or shoes.

Additional Details:

• Exhibitors are encouraged to donate a raffle item for the Challenged Athletes Foundation fundraiser (stay tuned for more details on that)Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own tent
• Power, table, and chairs may be ordered from the event organizers at additional cost
• Select branded vehicles will be able to be placed behind certain booth spaces, please send that request to jaclyn@monumentsofcycling.com
• Free parking is available in available around the area within close walking distance
• Load-In: Exhibitors may drive their vehicles into the expo area to drop off supplies during the designated load-in period
• Load-Out: Logistics will adjust as necessary to maximize rider safety as they enter the finish area within the expo
• Booth assignments will be made by the event organizer and more direction will be provided the week of the event

Saturday Night VIP Party - Immediately Following the Expo

Saturday evening at 5:00pm, the VIP Event will open up to paying VIPs at URGE (tickets available for purchase in the Exhibitor Reg path).

We are presenting the cycling community a unique opportunity to dine and party with an elite, select crew of cycling VIPs and athletes with Peter at the center of the fete. We have an incredible location at the Expo: sm.UrgeGastroPub.com. Attendees will enjoy a fantastic spread from URGE and get to indulge in some fun presentations.

Want to bowl with Sagan? There is an opportunity for 8 groups to take over an URGE bowling lane (yes they have a private bowling alley!) post dinner and hang out with Peter in a much more private setting. These bowling lanes will be auctioned off to benefit both the CAF and Outride foundations.
