We invite you to spend a fabulous evening at Le Cordon Bleu mingling with Chefs and Sommeliers while learning from the pros about the art of pairing food and wine.
Le Cordon Bleu’s Head Chef Yannick and his students will prepare a delicious menu of creative canapés that have been thoughtfully paired with impressive Canadian wines by Savvy Company’s Sommelier Debbie Trenholm.

The evening will begin with a sparkling wine followed by two white wines and two red wines – each paired with a creative culinary creation.
