Fernando Fernandez, founder of Co^lluvial Wines, will guide guests through a tasting experience that highlights site-specific expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from vineyards like Sanford & Benedict, La Rinconada, and Tinaquaic. A thoughtful pairing of Tuna Carpaccio, Pan Roasted Duck, and Valley Shepard Creamery Nettlesome Cheese will be served alongside each pour, with Fernandez sharing stories of his journey from Puerto Rico to winemaking in California after leaving a fast-paced career in NYC.
