Wow, it's amazing, what's next? - Payment Schedule

There are a limited amount of spots available so to hold your room you'll need to pay your deposit as soon as possible! Once we sell out, we may not be able to offer you these same rates!

Deposit: $250 due by July 31, 2021 limited seats
Second Payment Due: $250 due by August 21, 2021
Final Payment Due: September 12, 2021

FAQ

1. How do I make my next payments?

All additional payments will be collected through Events.com. Once initial deposit payments are closed on July 31st, the Events.com page will be re-opened to collect each month’s payment. Final payments will be collected by via invoice.

2. Do I need a roommate to make my initial payment?

Already having a roommate is ideal but not needed. We are offering roommate pairing for double occupancy only, but it's not guaranteed. 

3. Are airport transfers included?

No, airport transfers are not included.

4. What are the COVID-19 guidelines?

We will be following all social distancing and mask policies per the CDC guidelines. Attendees will be required to be masked indoors when not eating or drinking.

5. What is the refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after July 31, 2021, thru August 12, 2021, will incur a penalty of $100 per person. Cancellations after August 12, 2021  will incur a penalty of $200 per person. No refunds after September 1, 2021.
