For Skyway 10K Participants only. 100% of every training program registration dollar will be donated to The Armed Forces Families Foundation. Registration closes January 19, 2019 at 11:59pm!

Program includes:

  • 3 group runs per week at your designated Fit2Run location. Select your location to begin registration.
  • A program level based on your goals and objectives.

BEGINNERS

The Beginner's Training Program is a 8-week training plan designed for runners & walkers looking to build the endurance to run (or run/walk/run) the Skyway 10K. This program is perfect for those who have never run a 5k or 10k race before and are looking to improve their fitness and endurance while staying injury-free.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

The Intermediate & Advanced Training Program is an 8-week training plan designed for runners looking to improve their performance, both in speed and endurance. The Intermediate & Advanced Training Program is unique to runners who have prior experience in running 5k & 10k races and have a base fitness of running anywhere between three to five times a week. If you are looking for a training plan designed to help you take your athletic performance to the next level, the Intermediate & Advanced Training Program is the program for you!
