DESCRIPTION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor with Pahrump Valley Winery's Stompapalooza Festival!

Stompapalooza will take place on Saturday and Sunday October 5th & 6th, 2019.

The festival will feature live music, grape stomping competition, and local vendors

Vendor spaces will be determined at a later date.

All accepted applicant will receive an email by August 21, 2019.

Due to limited vendor space, we encourage you to apply early.

Please fill out the required fields on the next page to provide logistical information to be considered.

If you would like to have more than one booth please fill out multiple applications with the specific information that pertains to each corresponding booth.

Vendors acknowledge that electrical service is not available.

DETAILS

Space Costs: $150

Includes:

  • 10x10 Booth Space
  • White Pop-Up Tent
  • One 6'x30" Rectangle folding table
  • 1 parking pass
  • 2 Vendor Passes

Vendor passes are for general admission only.

Passes can be upgraded to All Access for an additional cost.

Event Hours for vendors: 11:00am-8:00pm

Load In & Load Out:

Load In - Friday 10/04 between 8:00am - 6:00pm

Load In- Saturday 10/05 between: 8:00am-10:00am

All Vendors must be set up no later than 10:00am Saturday morning.

Load Out -Sunday 10/06 between 8:00pm-10:00pm

Load Out- Monday 10/07 between 8:00am-10:00am

All Vendors must be done loading out by 10:00am Monday morning.

Vendor Parking: Each vendor will be allowed parking for 1 vehicle only.
