Learn directly from the pros!

Modeled after the Ultimate Athlete Retreat, this 2-day event is not your average Summer Camp. The Summer Youth Athletic Camp is where elite athletes can learn the secrets of the pros including:

Jeremiah Attaochu - current NY Jets, formerly of San Diego Chargers

Lynell Hamilton -Super Bowl champion and former New Orleans Saints RB

Samuel Ayala, Jr. - former White Sox and Pericos de Puebla Mex League Triple-A

Breanna Barksdale - former Auburn University volleyball player

Anthony Hargrove - Super Bowl Champion, former Cowboys, Packers

This two-day Summer Camp is for girls and boys ages 12-18, involved in any sport, where they will learn to use the mind-body-spirit approach to fitness to help them build leadership skills, gain mentorship from the pros, stretching and connection of the mind-body-spirit through yoga, and an engaging introduction to the concepts of mindfulness and meditation. All of these skills will enhance their focus and concentration on and off the field.

THE HOST

This retreat is hosted by NCAA record holder, former NFL RB, and current fitness and mindfulness expert Prince Daniels Jr and his team.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

Who: Youth boys and girls ages 12 - 18

When: Friday, July 19, 2019 10am - 3pm and Saturday, July 20, 2019 10am - 3pm

Where: San Dieguito County Park, 1628 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Del Mar, CA 92014, Lower Park Entrance, Picnic Area 7

What: Lunch, snacks, activities, and gift bag are included.
