Ever wondered how many pieces are in a phone or other type of device? This is your chance to put on your safety googles, pick up some tools, and take something apart! Have a look at what’s under the hood of phone, printer, toaster, or other small device or appliance. Next, you’ll be challenged to take your dissembled mess and arrange the pieces in an artistic fashion, inspired by Todd McLellan’s “Things Come Apart” project.
Registration is required, and this workshop is suitable for ages 8+. Parents/guardians must remain at the museum for the duration of the workshop, and are welcome to attend the session.
