We’ve Changed the Venue!
It’s the Virtual CCH 5K for Kids.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and our concern for the health and safety of our community, the Cleveland Christian Home is canceling our 5K Run for Kids, scheduled May 30, 2020 at the Cleveland Metroparks. There will be no event held that day! Instead, we invite you to participate in the inaugural CCH Virtual 5K for Kids!
What Is A Virtual 5K?
It’s your run or walk, your way.
On any day between May 10th and June 15th, take a walk or go for a run at any location of your choice - a park or parking lot, a street in your neighborhood, or even your home on a treadmill! Please be safe and wear a mask when out and about. Using the honor system, please record the date(s), time(s), and distance(s) on the pledge sheet on back of this form, or download it from
our new website at https://cchome.org/event/5k-for-kids-2020/.
What Else?
Get a t-shirt, win a prize, send some selfies (please!).
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
For your participation and support of Cleveland Christian Home!
All proceeds benefit the Cleveland Christian Home. Cleveland Christian Home was founded as an orphanage in 1900 when Rev. Henry Timme, a pastor in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), took in a family of children left on his doorstep. Today, the Cleveland Christian Home is a full-spectrum mental health facility that treats boys, ages 6-17 in its Residential Treatment Center and countless children and families in its Community-Based Programs. Cleveland Christian Home has been caring for children in need for nearly 120 years.
