We've postponed our event due to COVID-19 pandemic.

We are monitoring the situation to determine when and how we will be able to open registration for our next Foretrails clinic. Please stay safe, wash your hands, practice physical distancing and wear a mask when not able to keep your distance!

The Phantom Run is a relaxed and fun winter fundraising race through the lower reaches of the North Shore undulating trails near the Seymour River. Run technical and non-technical trails, with some steep climbs and descents. After the race, feast on hot soup, and other delights! We contribute to the Harvest Project in this race, so please bring some packaged food to donate.

NEW RACE ROUTE TO BE POSTED! We will be returning to the original route for the 2019 Phantom Run. Stay tuned for map and course descriptions.

Registration Information:

1) Online registration closes at midnight, November 12, 2020.
2) All funds payable in Canadian dollars.
3) An online processing fee will be applied to all online registrations into this event.
