The Range is an Epic Gravel Cycling Experience through the stunning environment of SW Alberta. Gravel cycling at its peak.
The Range route is 122 km 100% gravel with 1606 m of climbing featuring 2 creek crossings, private ranch roads, 4 eco-systems, steep ascents of the Porcupine Hills, and the unbelievable scenery of a pristine environment
The Rustler route is 86 km 100% gravel with 649 m of climbing. Similar to The Range including 2 creek crossings and private ranch roads.
The Rodeo route is 59 km. This is a great loop if you are new to gravel and interested in coming out for the day.

Dates: Saturday. July 20, 2024
Start / Finish: Claresholm Centennial Park and Campground
Format: Mass start at 9 am, but all 3 distances roll off 15 mins apart. Course will be fully marked. Time cut-off at 5 pm. E-bikes are only permitted on The Rodeo.
Timing: Overall is chip timed and the 'sector' challenges are chip timed.
Support: Aid Station on Course at KM 40 and 80. Finish line aid station is well stocked. Bike Support is on course and at start / finish. Sweepers and marshalls are on course.
Awards: We'll be announcing awards after the ride at the Claresholm Campground. Men's and Women's Overall 10 Person(!) Podium, Masters (50+), Perserverance Award, Sector Challenges, and more!
