8 Count Country is thrilled to announce The Showdown, our first-ever dance competition for the community we’ve built together! Ofcourse, it wouldn't be to brand if we didn't host it on THE 8TH!

It’s all going down at our home honky tonk bar, Cadillac Ranch in Fayetteville, NC. Mark your calendars because this is the event you’ve been waiting for!

Expect dancers from Virginia Beach, Charlotte, Jacksonville, and beyond to join us for an unforgettable night of rhythm, skill, and community. Whether you’re competing or spectating, this is your chance to connect with incredible dancers from all over the region.

✨ What to Expect ✨

🔥 Line Dance Competition: Is going to be COED and open to ALL levels! Dancers will be judged on sticking to the step sheet for the first two walls (aka “vanilla”), but after that, it’s game on—bring your best freestyle for The Showdown!

🔥 Country Swing Competition: Choose your level—beginner or intermediate—for a Jack & Jill! (This is where you get paired randomly with a partner for a thrilling test of connection, creativity, and skill.

We’re bringing in special guest judge Gabe Sebastian from Arizona, a respected name in the dance world, to keep the energy high and the competition fierce.

Come cheer on your favorite dancers, soak up the electric atmosphere, and enjoy a night of epic dancing! Cash cover gets you through the door for an evening you don’t want to miss. This is an 18+ establishment.
