Gravel Royale 2025

Life’s too short to add just another gravel race to your calendar. With 3 days of racing over 4 days, the TransRockies Gravel Royale is truly in a league of its own.

The views are endless, and the hills are teeming with wildlife. It’s an unforgettable journey of adventure, camaraderie and of course, bragging rights! It’s a friendly competition that winds its way through terrain tailor-made for testing limits and leaving racers in awe of their own abilities. 

Days are spent riding past rugged mountain peaks, and over high mountain passes. Evenings are a chance to sit by the campfire, make new friends, play camp games, and trade stories. All while enjoying the unique character of Nipika Mountain Resort

  • 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners, starting with dinner on arrival day (August 22nd) and ending with breakfast on stage 3 (August 25)

• 2 ride distances to choose from (Full Pint OR Half Pint distances)
  
  • Full Pint = approx 90-120km/day (approx 75 miles) 
  • Half Pint = approx 40-85km/day (approx 50 miles)

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds issued by Transrockies Inc under ANY circumstances.

Transfers of entry to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of TransRockies Inc for an admin fee of $50. All transfers must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the event (the event start date is the day of package pick-up).

Deferral requests made before May 1, 2025 are subject to a $250 admin fee with the remaining balance available as a credit towards the 2025 event. Deferral requests made on or after May 1, 2025 are subject to a $500 admin fee with the remaining balance available as a credit towards the 2025 event.

• A full deferral is permitted for reasons due to pregnancy &/or active military deployment – medical notes will be required.
• A race entry can only be deferred one time and only to the following year’s event.
• NO deferrals/roll overs/credits will be issued for registrations cancelled within 7 days of the start of the event.

Additional registration protection can be purchased through FanShield, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of FanShield’s covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. TransRockies Inc reserves the right to cancel any TransRockies Race Series event, cancel race stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by Transrockies Inc, no refunds will be available. All entries will be transferred to the next available date that the event is able to operate.
