Named Event of the Year in 2015 by Triathlon Quebec, this will be the 39th consecutive edition of the Montreal Esprit Triathlon, which will take place at the Olympic Basin and the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve on September 09 and 10, 2023. The Triathlon Esprit de Montréal welcomes athletes of all ages and all levels of fitness. New athletes choose our race for its safety and its friendliness towards first-timers, while experienced athletes will choose our race because it is on a flat course and gives them the best chance of the season to beat their best times.

Back by popular demand, the mass start and the wave starts are coming back! In addition to our main triathlon and duathlon events, athletes can now register for the AquaBike in the Sprint, Olympic or Demi-Esprit distances. Also, we will hold  the Sprint and Olympic Duathlons. Since the Esprit is one of the last races of the season, friends, athletes and clubs come to our event to celebrate which creates a fantastic atmosphere for everyone.

We welcome people to build teams amonst their colleagues and participate to the Défi Corporatif.
