Based on the Ultimate Athlete Program, this event is hosted by former NFL RB, NCAA record holder, and current fitness and mindfulness expert, Prince Daniels Jr. to equip young athletes with mindful techniques and training for high performance in the upcoming season.

This is a two day event for all athletes, regardless of sport.
