July of 2023 will see the introduction of the ULTRA355 into Canada.

Hosted in Okanagan Falls & Penticton, the original home of Ironman Canada for over 30 years. This iconic location offers incredible world class scenery of beautiful freshwater lakes, rolling foothills in the middle of the only true desert in Canada.

The race start/finish lines each day will be in Okanagan Falls located 12 KM south of Penticton allowing for easy access to all the amenities of the city

This 3 day event has an 8 hour time limit each day to complete the following:

Day 1 Saturday Jul 15 - Swim 5KM & Cycle 125KM

Day 2 Sunday Jul 16 - Cycle 175KM

Day 3 Monday Jul 17 - Run 50KM

Awards will be issued for the winner of each 10 year age group for male, female and non-binary divisions. In addition the Top 3 Finishers overall for male, female and non-binary will be recognized.

Awards may be adjusted depending on registration numbers within each category and may be combined or eliminated at the sole discretion of the organizers.
