The National Association of Towns and Townships (NATaT) is hosting a U.S. Census Data Training Webinar to help its members better navigate the Census Bureau’s data dissemination platform – data.census.gov. The hour-long session will provide an overview of currently available data from the 2020 Decennial Census; what other data and reports will be available in the future, including the American Community Survey; how to manipulate data for specific purposes using Census Bureau tools; and a Q&A period.

The training will be conducted by Joe Quartullo, a data dissemination specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau, with over 25 years of experience at the agency, having held positions as a geographic specialist, survey statistician, program coordinator, and area manager. He regularly gives presentations and hands-on workshops to local governments and community organizations on accessing social and economic census data.
