Our veterans friends at Valor Home need our help now more than ever! You'll get a great morning of running and they will get extra funds to keep their services running. !t's a win-win!

The 2020 design will pay special tribute to the Coast Guard.

Race Day Timeline

  • NO RACE DAY PICK UP. You must pick up Friday. Email us if you will have trouble making it.
  • 8:30 AM - 5k & Ruck Race Starts
  • 8:33 AM - Heats will leave every 3 minutes in groups of 50
  • 8:45 AM - 1 Mile Starts
  • 9:30 AM - Kid's Run at Stadium
  • Awards will be picked up at our sponsor location after the run!

Rucking is carrying a weighted pack while urban hiking. This is a very familiar exercise for special forces. To compete in the Ruck Race, bring a backpack with at least 20 pounds of weight. You will compete on the 5k course and awards will go to the top 3 male and female finishers.
