The Green is BACK
The 34th annual Terry McGrath Runnin of the Green!
We invite you to join us in supporting area runners and walkers as they kick off the 2022 running season! This annual tradition is filled with music, fun, and festive GREEN!
We take our Irish fun seriously and this is a seriously fun event! Find out for yourself by offering a helping hand:
- Registration
- Water Station
- Finish Line Support
- Finisher Medals
- Course Marshals
- Cheer Squad! throw in an Irish Jig if you feel inspired!
Fun festivities include:

LOCATION - We will be back for one more year at Denver's beautiful Washington Park.

We love to see volunteers of all ages enjoying the day together, we simply ask those that are 13 & Under to please bring an adult along!
EVENT SCHEDULE
- 8:30 a.m. - Bib Pickup and Race Day Registration
- 9:55 a.m. - Athletes with disabilities advanced start
- 10:00 a.m. - Lucky 7K Run/Walk Start
Wave start, participants will line up according to their expected pace per mile. - 10:30 a.m. - Leprechaun Leap 2 Mile Starts
ADVANCE PACKET PICKUP
Packet Pickup will be held at BOULDER RUNNING COMPANY Cherry Creek on March 11th & 12th.
- Friday, March 11th - Times TBD
- Saturday, March 12th, 10 a.m. -2 p.m.
Or pickup on race day starting at 8:30 a.m. at 19th & Wazee.
For so many of you, this event is an annual tradition and we are so thankful for you! You have helped us raise thousands of dollars for charity over the years. If you are new to this event, we welcome you with open arms!
We can't wait to see each and every one of you for this year's Runnin of the Green!
