Vulcan County Moonwalk 2023

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Vulcan County Moonwalk – March 17th, 2023

After last year’s success, we are pleased to announce that all Vulcan County communities supported by a Fire/First Response Station will be able to help to bring better health and wellness to our families, friends, and neighbours. Bring the whole family, as this year’s walk begins at 7 pm.  Walks will take place in Carmangay, Champion, Lomond, Milo, Arrowwood and Vulcan.

You’ll begin by leaving your respective communities' Fire Hall and following your community's walking path. If you can walk for a one-half hour around your community, then return to your local Fire Hall for a warm cup of Hot Chocolate and socialize with your community!

Individual registration is $20.00, and family registration is $40.00. Funds raised at last year’s event went towards the Auto Pulse Campaign, which ensured that our Fire and First Responders were equipped with this critical tool for cardiac events.

Register online now!  Village Fire Departments will not be accepting registrations. Late registrations can be mailed to the VCHW Foundation office at P.O. BOX 28, Vulcan, AB, T0L 2B0.
