We couldn't be more excited to celebrate our Glamping Weekend Wedding in the Litchfield Hills with our closest family and friends. From the first time we saw Club Getaway we knew it would be the perfect setting to bring together alll of our favorite people for a relaxed weekend of country fun.

Cabins

We have arranged for exclusive use of the entire camp for the duration of our weekend and would love for you to join us!

We've planned an exciting schedule so you can get back to your summer camp roots with a good dose of Dirty Dancing. For those who are only able to stay for only one night, a limited number of Saturday night stays have been reserved - please note your request in the comments section and also let us know if you will be arriving in time for lunch at 1pm on Saturday.

We have rooms that accommodate up to 5 guests, so just let us know what room size you will need. Individuals and couples will be assigned to private rooms and families will be kept together. All guest rooms have private bathrooms, a/c, and heat. Housekeeping will attend to your room and we provide all bedding and room towels. If you have specific room requests - please make note of them in the comments section and we will do our very best to accommodate.

WHILE THIS WILL BE ALL OF THE FUN OF CAMP - YOU ARE NOT SHARING GUEST ROOMS OR BATHROOMS WITH OTHER COUPLES OR FAMILIES. 

Pricing

FULL WEEKEND STAY

Friday, June 17 at 5:30 PM  -  Sunday, June 19 at 11:00AM    

The cost for the entire weekend per adult (16+) - $198 - plus 17.5% tax/service & booking fee

The cost for the entire weekend per child (4-15) - $118 - plus 17.5% tax/service & booking fee

Full weekend stay includes all meals and beverages from Friday night dinner through Sunday morning brunch.

ONE NIGHT STAY

The cost for one night per adult (16+) - $99 - plus 17.5% tax/service & booking fee

The cost for one night per child (4-15) - $59.40 – plus 17.5%tax/service & booking fee

One night stay includes reception dinner and beverages through Sunday morning breakfast. 

The Booking Fee is based on cost and will not exceed $9 per person.

We ask for a deposit of $100 per adult and $50 per child for a two night stay. Payment in full for a one night stay. The balance will automatically be put through on the same credit card, one month prior to your visit, unless we hear otherwise from you. From the time of making the reservation, up to one month prior to your visit, there is a cancellation fee of $25 per person plus the booking fee. Within one month of your visit, there is no refund.

Camp Shuttle

If you are planning to take the Metro North train from Grand Central Station in NYC to Harlem Valley/Wingdale (Grand Central Station Harlem Line), a complimentary shuttle will be available for transport to Club Getaway on FRIDAY for the following train times to arrive by the 6:30pm cocktail reception:

GCT>Wingdale

3:44pm - 5:32pm 

4:35pm - 6:27pm

Baby Sitting

Sitters are available for a family Friday evening after dinner, and Saturday evening just prior to the ceremony. This is set up on a first come first serve basis. There is a charge of $10 per hour, for the first child, and an additional $2 per hour, for each additional child. This will be paid directly from the parent's to the sitter. There will be an early dinner available for children on Saturday and the time and location will be noted on the activity schedule that you will receive.
