We couldn't be more excited for our wedding weekend in the Berkshires with our closest family and friends. From the first time we saw Club Getaway we knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate our wedding and we know you will love it just as much as we do!

Cabins

We have arranged for exclusive use of the entire camp for the duration of our wedding weekend and would love nothing more than for you to join us from beginning to end.

While we know that a full wedding weekend might be unusual, we hope that you will make your reservation for the entire stay. We've planned an exciting schedule filled with family, friends, adventure, dancing & s'mores - you won't want to miss any of it! 

We have rooms that accommodate up to 5 guests, so just let us know what room size you will need, as we will be making all housing assignments. Individuals and couples will be assigned to private rooms and families will be kept together. If you have specific room requests - please make note of them in the comments section and we will do our very best to accommodate. All guest rooms have private bathrooms, a/c, and heat. Housekeeping will attend to your room and we provide all bedding and room towels. While this will be all of the fun of camp – you are not sharing guest rooms or bathrooms with other couples or families.

Pricing

FULL WEEKEND STAY

Friday, September 30, 2022 at 5:30 PM  -  Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 11:00AM     

The cost for the entire weekend per adult is $178.

The cost for the entire weekend per child (4 -15) is $106.80.

Plus 17.5% tax/service and booking fee. The booking fee is based on cost and will not exceed $9 per person.

Please note all meals and beverages from Friday night dinner through Sunday morning breakfast will be covered by the bride & groom.                                                                                                                    

Club Getaway requires payment in full or a deposit of $100 per adult and $50 per child. The balance will automatically be put through on the same credit card, one month prior to your visit, unless we hear otherwise from you. From the time of making the reservation, up to two weeks prior to your visit there is a cancellation fee of $25 per person plus booking fee. Within two weeks to your visit, the cancellation fee is $100 per person plus booking fee.

Camp Shuttle

If you are planning to take the Metro North train from Grand Central Station in NYC to Harlem Valley/Wingdale (a New York stop), a complimentary shuttle will be available for transport to Club Getaway. Please note your request in the comments section and then contact Club Getaway (800-643-8292) at least 2 weeks prior to the weekend event so that the office can let you know what time pickups will be available. This is available on a first come first serve basis.

Baby Sitting

Sitters are available for a family Friday evening after dinner and Saturday evening just prior to the ceremony. This is set up on a first come first serve basis. There is a charge of $10 per hour, for the first child, and an additional $2 per hour, for each additional child. This will be paid directly from the parent/s to the sitter. There will be an early dinner available for children on Saturday and the time and location will be noted on the activity schedule that you will receive.
