At Women Building America, we know that hands-on experience is one of the most powerful ways to inspire the next generation of builders. Our Girls' Construction Camps provide a dynamic, supportive environment where young women can step outside their comfort zones, gain practical skills, and see firsthand the opportunities available in construction. By working alongside industry professionals and completing their own projects, participants leave with more than just new skills-they gain the confidence to envision a future in the field. For girls 9th through 12th grade. 2 day event. No overnight.
