1. Copy of Drivers License (From Original Buyer)
2. Note of Authorization to Takeover Registration (From Original Buyer)
3. $10 Transfer Fee
4. Checkin at Customer Service

VIP Package Not in Mail:

1. Parking Attendant will have VIP List on hand and direct you to the VIP Parking Lot.
2. VIP Tent will have VIP List on hand and be able you to re-issue you your BIB package.
