Become a Vendor or Sponsor of YAD FEST | WELLNESS TOUR 19'

Want to become a vendor or concessionaire and reach our hundreds of attendees with a reach of over 100K? The application period is open from August to January, and those who applied will be contacted. An application requires a deposit of $20. If chosen, $15 will be applied to the vendor fee. If you are not chosen, you will receive a refund.

Our basic criteria for selecting vendors is:

  • Product balance within the Fest.
  • Uniqueness and appeal of the product
  • Space availability
  • Ability to set up a professional, attractive display
  • Financial responsibility

While selections are not made on a first-come, first-served basis, we do advise you to return your completed application as soon as possible. The review process is ongoing, and when we find a qualified applicant who meets the above criteria we will look to book that applicant as space allows. We also limit the number of specific vendors per category as to avoid over saturation at the market.

We will contact you as soon as possible if we are able to offer you a space. Applicants will hear from our office regarding their application status no later than January 10th, 2019.

THE DETAILS:

This will be an all day event full of unique fitness pop-up's and experiences ending with the final nighttime flow. We are anticipating about 1,000 attendees throughout the day, potentially more.

You will need to be set up by 11am and until 8pm. There will be staff on-site to assist or fill in for you if you would like to take a break. We are accepting 40 on-site vendors/sponsors.
