We are combining a few of our favorite elements for a “day of detox”. A unique pop-up YAD collaboration with iAM Physical Therapy and Sound Off OC.
Join us JAN 20th for a rooftop silent disco yoga class like you’ve never seen before. An hour of rooftop views and moving to music in ways that feel good and release tension in your body, stretching everything out to encourage a healthier, happier, and calmer you.
This will be an all day event taking place on a picturesque La Jolla rooftop. Enjoy a unique silent disco experience, intentional detox vendors, music, and more. We are offering a total of 6 classes throughout the day with local high-vibe instructors.
Note: Only 28 spots per class available.
First time? No problem. Anyone can get benefits from a yoga practice. We encourage all levels and newbies to attend and try it out.

Q: Do I need a yoga mat?
Yes! It is BYOM. There may be extra's available but not guranteed.
Q: It's sold out. Where can I get more tickets?
Headphones must be reserved in advance. We will have only 28 sets availablel. It is a first come, first serve basis. Once we are sold out, unfortunately there will be no more tickets allocated. If you would like to purchase for a group, please email yogaafterdarkevent@gmail.com.
Q: I have purchased a ticket but can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. A credit may be given depending on circumstances and is at the discretion of YAD.
